Jessica Marchand
US Partner Development Team

Jessica serves with GHNI as a key player on the US Mobilization team as well as a Specialist in the Human Resources Department. Her passion is people! Jessica is a change agent and is always looking for new and exciting ways to engage others in serving the hidden and hurting throughout the world. Her responsibilities with GHNI include staff care, fund development coaching, maintaining HR systems, developing New Staff Trainings, seeking out and placing volunteers, building community partnerships (US to Village), and developing social networking opportunities.

Jessica’s first priority is to help engage resources for each of GHNI’s projects, so that they may reach the highest level of self-sustainability and provide for those in greatest need throughout the world.
