Mike first began developing leaders through non-profit work in 1976. This led to three decades of a variety of experiences that include working cross-culturally, leading teams, and leading a non-profit organization. Mike also owned and operated a for-profit business for nearly a decade.

Mike became involved equipping leaders internationally in Central Asia in 2005. In 2006, he founded LeaderQwest International, a non-profit organization that equips servant-leaders in the U.S. who teach “Transformational Leadership” through international conferences. Mike joined Global Hope Network International in January 2007 to expand “Transformational Leadership Development” to other nations. He earned a B.S. undergraduate double major with a pre-law focus and later graduated summa cum laude with his Master’s Degree from Mid-America in Memphis, TN.
