A Window of Opportunity is Coming
July 15, 2024

The locals of Kassena Point Village are giving their full support to the Transformational Community Development (TCD) agriculture committee, which is working on a plan to start a ginger farm for the community. So far, about 6,000 CFA ($10) has been raised to purchase the ginger seedlings to be planted. About five baskets of ginger are needed, and each basket costs about 7,000 CFA ($12). They are hopeful that more money will be raised in the coming months, so this plan will become a reality within the planting window.
Thank you!
