Medical Outreach Leads to VIP Latrine Construction
March 17, 2024
The villagers of Kassena haven’t stopped talking about the improvement in their health and wellbeing after the intervention that occurred during the medical outreach in 2023. The Health Committee has been formed and they are engaging with the villagers to sustain the transformation that has begun. They are so enthusiastic about Transformational Community Development (TCD) and have taken the initiative to contribute to roofing the ventilated improved pit (VIP) latrine that is being built. We are hopeful that in the coming months, the latrine will be completed and the community can truly experience other dimensions of transformation.
Thank you!
