There are Cucumbers Coming!

Now that it’s full winter, we shall wait for spring when the snow melts from the field. Our local Transformational Community Development (TCD) workers decided to plant this month because there is no need to heat the greenhouse. Our local champion started to plant early spring cucumbers and involved neighboring families and children. In another three to four weeks, we should have our first harvest, which we will sell for profit.
