An Expansive Vision for New Transformation

Our Transformational Community Development (TCD) model village is Ɖorgovska mahala, and we are continuing our work in the settlement of Surdulica. We are looking forward to working with community members as they develop different aspects of their lives and realize their lives could be transformed.
Masurica is one of the settlements in Surdulica. We have started to visit them regularly and help them discover what their greatest needs are. Relationships in that settlement are not so good. People from that settlement are known for fighting and stealing and are not welcome in other settlements. We are at the beginning of work in this settlement, but people want to be educated.
While there, we visited with Kruna’s family. They are interested in learning how to prevent many diseases with a healthy lifestyle. Kruna wants her entire family to eat healthy foods and be healthy enough to prevent cardiovascular diseases. She is grateful to TCD that she can learn many new things in the next training period, and she is hopeful it can change their lives.
