At Yelivo, the Transformational Community Development (TCD) champion continues to interact with and engage the locals through the chairmen of the various TCD committees. The interest and enthusiasm expressed by locals has steadily increased, and they can now envisage transformation and sustainable development. Earlier in the month, locals, led by members of the agriculture committee, proceeded to clear the piece of farm land they would use to cultivate ginger as part of Income Generation and agricultural activities. The planting will commence soon.
