Shri Ambra is a beautiful village, home to kind and hardworking people. However, many families were unaware of the government subsidies available to help them build their own homes. This lack of awareness meant that numerous families continued to live in small houses for many years.

Through the efforts and coaching of Transformational Community Development (TCD) staff, villagers learned about the subsidies and the process to apply. When the elected representative visited the community, a survey was done, and a few deserving families were selected. Among them was Raju, a young man who had long dreamed of building a safe home for his family. With encouragement and guidance from the TCD staff and local leaders, he completed the necessary steps and patiently waited for the results.

After months of waiting, Raju finally received the financial support to start building his house. The joy and relief on his face said it all. What once felt impossible is now becoming a reality—a permanent home for his family. This small but powerful transformation shows how awareness and community support can turn dreams into concrete progress.
