With 30 years of experience in leadership in cross-cultural work, Henry has been an attorney, Judge, Chief Legal Counsel for the Governor of South Carolina, Exec. Director of the Center for Global Strategies, and founder of Blindspot Solutions.
Henry and his family lived in France while he and Celia worked in N. Africa to connect professionals with business/government leaders. He served for eight years as President of Greater Europe Mission. Henry’s Doctorate in Exec. Leadership focused on Emotional Intelligence enables him to connect people by bridging cultural, political, and social divides.

KJ Bump serves as the Marketing Director for GHNI, bringing a background in documentary filmmaking, branding, and web design. Having traveled the world sharing human interest stories, he is driven by GHNI’s mission of sustainable, life-giving partnerships. KJ holds a background in Humanities and Biblical Counseling and resides in the Atlanta area. Outside of work, he is a songwriter and guitarist in a cover band who enjoys hiking and cheering for the Atlanta Braves. He is dedicated to growing awareness for GHNI’s global teams and sharing stories of transformation.

A lifelong Florida native, Rebecca lives in Winter Springs with her husband, Steve, where they raised their four sons. With a professional background in Special Education, she spent many years as a stay-at-home mother, dedicated school volunteer, and the bookkeeper for her husband’s business. As her children reached adulthood, Rebecca sought a new adventure, leading her to join the team at GHNI. In her current role, she manages QuickBooks records, donations, and payroll while providing essential financial reporting for Field Leaders and supporting international payment operations.

A Brazilian national who has called Florida home for nearly two decades, Ester Moore joined the GHNI team in January 2025 as a Global Admin. She holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism and brings extensive experience from international non-profits focused on student development. Blending her artistic eye with a knack for design, Ester is a key contributor to the marketing team, crafting digital and print communications. She also leverages her organizational skills to manage key tracking indicators. Ester’s unique mix of creativity and precision helps drive GHNI’s global mission forward.

Randall Swanson serves as the Major Donor Officer in GHNI. He brings a diverse professional background, having held leadership roles in several technology start-ups and served as a founding partner for a boutique vineyard and winery in California. Randall holds a degree in Russian Studies and has lived in various locations including Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, and Europe. Driven by GHNI’s mission to help the “hidden and hurting,” he focuses on sharing the organization’s message through personal relationships to help others experience the joy of sacrificial giving.

He is one of the architects of GHNI’s development model, Transformational Community Development (TCD), along with the other Jeff – Jeff Power.

Born in Kyrgyzstan, I am a public relations journalist by training. Our family lives in the village where my husband Zhanysh grew up. He runs a business training farmers and I organize clubs for teachers to improve their skills and personal growth.

Our regional field leader in South Asia belongs to one of the largest tribal groups in India called the Santals in the Jharkhand District. He is a college graduate and one of the very few to pursue education in his tribe. When he began working with GHNI in community development, he began with his own village of Dhoker Jhara where they suffered from poverty, diseases, and lack of education.
