Many Times a Mind-Set Change is Needed

Because of Transformational Community Development (TCD) classes this quarter, we have good progress and impact on the community. Villagers had negative thoughts about themselves. They always thought that they were weak, poor, can do nothing, low caste, etc. This was the reason that we focussed on those areas to make a change in their attitude and mindset. The same transformation happening in Ramantar Village is successfully happening in Katuwaghat.
