My name is Snezana, and I work in Ɖorgovska mahala and Zaguzanje Village as a Transformational Community Development (TCD) trainer. We visit both places weekly. Kruna is our “Champion” (the person who has fully embraced and promoted TCD in the settlement). She is eager to see the development of her settlement and all of those living there. The month of November was full of challenges for Kruna’s family. Andrijana is Kruna’s daughter-in-law. She is 27 years old and has a husband and two children. We are happy that Andrijana’s life is improving through TCD, and the change is visible in her relationship with her husband and children. Her relationship with Kruna has shown growth in mutual understanding and love for each other. Andrijana is grateful to TCD.
