A New Partnership

How do you tell if a community is open or closed? Or if they want any changes? Is the community open to true Transformational Community Development (TCD)? I have been asking these questions since we moved to our village four years ago. I have come to believe that we do not need to be in a hurry. After many years, the community has just started to welcome us. We do hope it is a good sign to start. Yesterday, with the help of a partner, we gave some gift boxes to children in a kindergarten.
