New Leaders Raised Up
May 6, 2024
Apart from regularly teaching Transformational Community Development (TCD) lessons, we continued to bring awareness to other villagers. Several months ago, I hosted a vision seminar in Ranchi, which was successful. They then asked for a full three-day training for community leaders of various villages in the Ranchi area. Accordingly, a three-day TCD training was held, and 28 community leaders from different villages participated.
These leaders were greatly moved and eager to learn new concepts centered around community development. On the last day of the training, we made a few plans and gave them some tasks to do once they went back to their villages. In the coming days, we are expecting that at least four to five community leaders will start TCD programs in each of their villages.
Transformational Community Development (TCD) Update

Education
One committee is managing all the work for Food, Water, and Education. They decided to make sure all of the children who previously dropped out would be readmitted to school. The committee will also help the most needy students buy books and uniforms.
Thank you!
