Making a Plan for a Year
August 21, 2024
This month in Ratchaboot Village, they learned more about life over a year. We taught them how to write a working calendar for a year so that they can visualize their working life and visualize the space of time for development in their village.
What’s interesting is when they were writing the seasonal schedule and the work involved, they asked if they could write about investing, and we told them they could.
This gave us more information about the village. They not only have an idea of the big picture of their work, but they also looked at when they are spending a lot of money and when they are earning or saving a lot. And from this information, we can predict and plan when we can push for more development in this community.
Transformational Community Development (TCD) Update

Water
We have a village water committee. But they still haven’t appointed anyone to do specific jobs. Everyone is still working together.
Thank you!
