I am passionate about bringing development to Selenge Province after learning about the Transformational Community Development (TCD) program. I met with many community leaders to discuss with them. People wanted this project to improve their lives. We talked about who has what kinds of talents and gifts in their districts. So now we are talking and discussing what is important first. We also talked about how many households can participate to improve their environment. People understand they need to take responsibility to change their lives, and that they can collaborate in their districts. We chose the 3rd and 6th districts to start the TCD program in because of their unity.
