After introducing the villagers of Ratchaboot to learn the solar cells system in Mae Chiao Sub-District, we received a message from the leader of Village No.1, who was aware of the activities taking place in the village. He observed that the villagers were collaborating to enhance their community, seeking knowledge from various sources to identify the underlying issues and find suitable solutions. He noted positive transformations following the introduction of Transformational Community Development (TCD) in Ratchaboot Village. The active engagement of the villagers in the TCD training exemplified the resolute and methodical efforts of the community in Ratchaboot.

This demonstration of commitment prompted the Village Headman to offer assistance and serve as a pillar of support for the villagers. During his interactions with the community, he expressed a desire to secure funding to address the pre-identified issues. Consequently, he extended invitations to another village headman and officials from Sri Lanna National Park to partake in the meeting for deliberations.
