New committees were formed to ensure accurate representation.

Transformational Community Development (TCD) has entered a new phase in Kouvome. The village chief and members of the community deliberated on how to best set up committees in the five areas of TCD for the two communities of Essovale and Kouvome (Food, Water, Education, Wellness, and Income Generation). They wanted to ensure active representation and participation from all parts of both communities to make sure there is continued, sustainable progress.
