Speak Well, Think Well
Learning good practices for emotional health lead to improvements in social interactions.

S
Professor Magda shared her experience of the emotional health and social lessons offered in the Transformational Community Development (TCD) program for women. “The lesson I attended today about positive and negative communication made a huge difference for me. I realized that my words often discouraged and frustrated my children, my husband, and those around me. I was always hasty in my reactions. But after listening to the lesson, I started to reflect and realized that if I changed the way I spoke, my thoughts would shift. As I changed the way I spoke to those around me, my life and relationships started to improve significantly.”
As a result of this change, Magda noticed an improvement in her interactions at home. She confirmed that her children and husband began to notice the change in her speech and manner. Her words became more encouraging and calming, and her emotional outbursts decreased, which helped create a more understanding and loving family atmosphere and a general sense of peace and emotional stability.
Magda’s story is a picture of transformation in thought and behavior and its positive impact on family and social relationships.
Thank you,
