The people in underdeveloped villages, Chainpur, Ramantar and Manahari are challenged economically, socially, and politically. The Transformational Community Development (TCD) program addresses the overall local poverty perception. TCD builds a perpetual, sustainable environment to equip communities for severe climate changes, health and educational needs, opportunities for small business, and micro enterprises.

All potential GHNI development projects depend on resources and funding. These would include raising awareness about water for drinking, cooking, and cleaning. Helping the oppressed Chepang tribe with health issues. Building relationships with the communities. Educate on the growing problems with human trafficking. Continuing the microloan project to create income-generating opportunities and help improve education for women and children.
