Course Aids Parents in Rearing Children

We had an outdoor event for parents and their children, mostly those who participated in the parenting course. There was also a discussion to see what they liked about the course and to set some future goals to achieve. Also, we invited other interested parents to attend another parenting course in the upcoming months.
Arkina is a teacher at the local school. She is a respected member of the community, and many women in the village look up to her and see her as a role model. She was one of the participants of the course and stressed the importance of having platforms to be able to share common concerns, learn how to use practical methods, and get some help and advice.
Transformational Community Development (TCD) Income Generation Update – The programmes continue and the committee meets on a regular basis to evaluate the progress, discuss, and help by way of advice. Some participants have already profited from their work.
