Making Exams a Little Less Challenging
January 18, 2024
Ntulili Primary School is a public primary school in Meru County, near Kiwanjani Village. There are around 850 pupils at the school, and most of the students come from low-income families who can barely afford to put a single meal on the table. They are living below a dollar a day. Ntulili Primary School has about 133 candidates who want to sit for the exams for Kenya’s certificate of primary education, but the parents are going through a tough time, and they cannot afford to buy the students examination tools such as pencils, erasers, and clipboards. We bought exam materials for the school and took them to the students. The head teacher at Ntulili Primary is very grateful to the Transformational Community Development (TCD) program for the support they’ve shown the school.
Thank you!
