Water Project Completed!
October 31, 2022

Previously, the community used to go to nearby streams to fetch dirty water, which caused many to get ill and even die. Now, they enjoy the freedom of safe and clean water. When the water challenge was first identified, the Transformational Community Development (TCD) village Water Committee took initiative and looked for sources to support their efforts to solve the problem. Around 10% of the budget was locally sourced, and everyone in the village benefited once it was completed. For the next project, we plan to refine our strategy for managing our resources.
Thank you!
