Partnering for New Ideas

Last month, I had the opportunity to attend “Transform South Asia” in Hyderabad. This is a platform where community leaders and influencers from different fields of the world come to gather to make a significant transformation in the entire South Asia region. The seminar was lively, with thought-provoking insights, panel discussions, group activities, group discussions, and wonderful sessions on various topics.
The seminar focused on how we can make a difference in the community and society through agriculture, education, health, media, and politics. It also gave me the opportunity to meet and connect with leaders of various other organizations that are also working for community transformation.
In the second part of the month, I personally interviewed two Transformational Community Development (TCD) prospects and then waited for a few other interviews before selecting two TCD workers for North Bengal.
