Working on Water

Negotiations are underway with a local leader who is responsible for water in the villages. I discussed a future water project with him. He said he is not against it, but we need to talk with the people. I told him that I would come in the fall when the water would be shut off. Now, I am preparing to start my Transformational Community Development (TCD) work in mid-September.
