Sharing Ideas to Share Transformational Growth

We completed a combined Transformational Community Development ToT3 (TCD Training of TCD3) training for the Dumka, Purnea, and Jhapa groups. It was a three-day training program, and we were able to share our vision for the next three months. After that, the GHNI staff and partners had a three-day quarterly meeting in Dooars where we made plans regarding the vision of the next three months and reviewed and evaluated the plans for the final quarter of the year.
In October, we had a vision seminar in Ranchi where 35 community leaders from different locations came together to participate. For them, these ideas were a completely new revelation, and many have shown interest in adopting TCD in their villages.
