This month, the progress made in the Transformational Community Development (TCD) villages was noteworthy, especially in promoting education and encouraging regular school attendance among children. Before the implementation of the TCD program, many children in these villages were not attending school regularly. Irregular attendance and a lack of awareness about the importance of education were major concerns.

After the introduction of TCD, our team began conducting regular visits to the villages. We actively engaged with parents and children, creating awareness and helping them understand the value of education. As a result of these consistent efforts, many students have now started attending school regularly.

Amrita, Khusi, Chanchal, Roshni, and Puja were previously not attending school regularly due to various challenges. However, through continuous encouragement and awareness efforts by our team and community leaders, they made the decision to continue their education. Today, they are attending school regularly and showing noticeable improvement in their studies. Their stories have become an inspiration to others in the village and have encouraged more families to send their children to school.

A positive change is now visible within the community. The impact of TCD can be clearly seen as more children are taking important steps toward a brighter future through education.
