This month, we held training on eating a balanced diet for the Transformational Community Development (TCD) committee as well as for the villagers. For that training, I sought help from Romesh and Jabez. Romesh’s training was very clear and simple, and all of them understood. We also discussed the drinking water problem. We have applied for a new borewell at the local government’s office, and they have given us hope that the old borewell will be repaired. After a nearing election, the local government assured us they would hopefully be able to give us a new borewell. The committee members went with us to apply at the local government’s office and are slowly becoming confident enough to approach authorities on their own. After submitting the application for a new borewell for the village, we will have to wait and see if it is repaired or replaced.
Thank you,
