In a world where dreams often die quietly in forgotten corners, Binodpur Village chose to rise. Nestled deep in a remote area, Binodpur isn’t just another dot on the map; it’s a place where survival is an everyday battle. With limited income from farming, fishing, and livestock, families here struggle to meet even their most basic needs. There are no factories, no private companies, and no corporate offices—only hardworking hands and hopeful hearts.

But something remarkable is happening.

Our Transformational Community Development (TCD) committee has been working tirelessly, especially in the area of empowering women. In a place where opportunities are rare, five determined families stepped forward to raise chickens as a small step toward a better income. They had the passion, they had the will—but then, tragedy struck. A virus wiped out most of their poultry. Hope faded. The future looked uncertain once again.

That’s when GHNI stepped in—not with charity, but with hope.

Each of the five families received 10 healthy chicks, essential medicine, and proper feed. These weren’t just birds—they were symbols of a new beginning. With care, training, and community support, these chicks have now become a fresh source of income and pride. The families are rebuilding, stronger than before.

Today, Binodpur walks a little taller because when one family rises, the whole village finds hope. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the kind-hearted people and partners who believe in transformation over aid and dignity over dependence. Because of you, the story of Binodpur is changing—from survival to strength.
