Chief Joseph, the town chief in Old Mosongo, led his people to donate a piece of land specifically for the purpose of Transformational Community Development (TCD) activities. Impressed by the level of consistent progress TCD has spearheaded in the community since its implementation a year ago, the chief asked that the plot be cleared and used for TCD projects such as the community cassava farm, which is currently in progress. He also wants to pursue other building endeavors as soon as documents for a site plan are prepared.

This revolutionary step by the town chief, which in itself is a testimony and compliment to the work of TCD, confirms the lives of members of the community have indeed been positively transformed.
