This month, we first sat and discussed with the group and made a goal on how to work. Then I worked on some problems with them and discussed with the group how to solve the problems, which was very easy because of the Transformational Community Development (TCD) lessons.
This month we managed to conduct different types of health-related training in our village by the TCD group, and we also brought health-related training for the teenagers of the village.
When we started the program in our Dhedauli Village, Kalika Municipality 5, two villagers shared how they were helped.
Shanti said, “When I joined this program, even though I wanted to do business, I could not do it because of financial problems. Today, I am very happy. The chicken farming program has helped me even though the finances are small. More finances have been collected. I want to keep chicken farming for a long time.”
Bodh Kumari said, “I got help from the TCD program to grow vegetables. It is much better now than before. I have money in my hands to buy salt and oil. I want to thank the person who gave the TCD program in Dhedauli Village.”

Income
TCD changed all the Dhedauli villagers. Those who got seed money are doing good work.
Education
First of all, before we started the tutoring class, we told the children’s families about TCD. They were impressed by us and now they regularly send their children to tutoring class. Now the Dhedauli villagers are saying, “TCD is a very impressive and helpful program. We have learned so many things and now we send our children to school.”
Wellness
The Dhedauli villagers did not know anything about how to keep well, but our TCD lessons gave them so many ideas about wellness.
Ankita said, “TCD is such a great program. First of all, the change in our society is very exciting! We never cleaned our village before, but we learned from TCD lessons and we cleaned our village for the first time. Many of the villagers helped to clean the village. TCD brings good unity to our village. Now we work together, and I want to say thank you to TCD.”
