A lack of a sustainable means of income is a prevalent problem in Ngassa, but thanks to Transformational Community Development (TCD), some individuals have been able to rise above this challenge. The Cooperative Society, instituted by the Income Generation Committee, empowers individuals with goat loans. The goats that were given have begun to reproduce, and participants are now gradually reaping the dividends of their commitment to sustainable development.

This development serves as motivation to many, highlighting the practical applications of TCD and its gradual yet steady approach to alleviating poverty and improving communities through sustainable transformational development.
