Kalesor, a dedicated farmer from our community, recently experienced a positive shift in his farming approach. His story shows how one new idea can open the door to greater possibilities. Before attending the Transformational Community Development (TCD) seminar, Kalesor depended mainly on traditional farming methods that produced a very limited harvest. His income and crop variety remained low, making it difficult for him to support his family effectively.

After participating in the TCD agricultural seminar, Kalesor learned new techniques and understood the value of crop diversification. Inspired by these teachings, he began planting masur (lentil), channa (chickpea), and mustard, along with his regular crops. This transformation not only improved his farm’s productivity but also showed how TCD principles can bring practical change.

Kalesor is now continuing to use these techniques to improve both his harvest and his family’s wellbeing. He hopes to expand his farming area next season and plans to use TCD principles to guide future decisions for better sustainability.

Kalesor’s story reminds us how knowledge and motivation can bring meaningful, lasting improvements in a community. His journey encourages others to adopt TCD principles for a stronger future.
