Unity has the quiet power to create real change. When people come together with a shared purpose, differences turn into strengths and obstacles become easier to overcome. Farhan* is living in a village near Sanghar, he and his community were struggling in different ways. When Transformational Community Development (TCD) workers started visiting the villages and shared the vision of community development, the villagers formed a village committee and started the Self-Help approaches for Income Generation. Farhan said, “Since we started learning through the TCD training, many changes have come to our village. These trainings united us and reset our direction from poverty to sustainability. Now we have different programs for development and our direction is progressing toward sustainability.”
