The Gbessebu youth face high unemployment rates and a lack of educational opportunities. Thankfully, Transformational Community Development (TCD) introduced the importance of creating simple yet meaningful work from the resources and opportunities available in the area.

This TCD ideal inspired Mustapha, a dedicated individual with basic training as a teacher, to become actively involved in the community development efforts. He now helps to educate the children in the community, making a difference in the lives of the younger generation. His involvement has given him a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. His journey from unemployment to becoming a valued educator stands as a testimony to the impact TCD can have in transforming lives.
