David once lived a life filled with hardship and struggle. Unemployed and lacking direction, he found it difficult to provide for his family and had little hope for the future. Living in a rural community with limited access to education and resources made daily life even more challenging. However, everything began to change when David joined the Transformation Community Development (TCD) program as one of the community teachers. Through the TCD training, David discovered his passion for teaching and community service. He became more confident, knowledgeable, and active in promoting development. His dedication and consistency earned him deep respect in the community. Both the youth and elders view David as a role model and a positive influence today. He now leads educational sessions, motivates others, and continues to support the TCD mission with pride and commitment, helping to uplift his entire community.
