In Saraswatipur Village, education was a major concern before the Transformational Community Development (TCD) program began. Many children were not attending school regularly. Some had lost interest, and some families did not see the value of education. Irregular attendance became common. Lack of awareness among parents made the situation worse. The future of many children was at risk.

The TCD committee took responsibility to change this situation. They started regular visits to Saraswatipur village. They met parents, spoke with children, and explained the importance of education. The committee also worked with community leaders. Together they motivated families to send their children to school. Their efforts were patient and consistent. Slowly, trust began to grow. Special attention was given to students like Ajad, Khusi, Chanchal, Abhinas, and Anit. These children were not attending school regularly before. The TCD committee encouraged them. They guided their families. They helped them return to school.

Because of the efforts of the TCD committee, clear progress can be seen. Many children now attend school regularly. The five students mentioned are now studying with interest. Their performance is improving. Their change has become an example in the village. Other families are now sending their children to school. Awareness about education is growing. The work of the TCD committee has created real change. More children are now moving toward a better future through education. This progress shows how consistent effort can transform a community.
