Esther passed her 12th standard (high school equivalent) in 2025 and, like many young people in the village, felt unsure about what to do next. There was confusion about her future, and opportunities seemed limited. During this time, Transformational Community Development (TCD) activities played an important role in her life. Through coaching and guidance from the TCD committee and coach, she was sent to the ESAF Foundation for career training. Esther slowly began to see new possibilities and gained the confidence to take a step forward.

With this encouragement, she decided to join a microfinance course at the ESAF Training Center. The three months of training became a turning point for her, as she learned practical skills and built confidence in herself. After completing the course, she went for an interview and successfully secured a job at ESAF Bank. This was not just a job but a breakthrough moment in her journey.

Today, Esther is the first woman from her village to have a job in banking. Her story clearly shows the impact of TCD activities in bringing real change in participants’ lives. It is also inspiring others in the community to believe that with the right guidance and support, a better future is possible.
