Fellowship is one the most important aspects to strengthen relationships. Luka is our Transformational Community Development (TCD) worker in Sanghar and he is leading the Community transformation training in different villages.

One of the creative things is follow-up after the training. Awamil* is living in a village, and he introduced one village to Luka. Awamil said, “The first time I learned the lessons of TCD, it became my goal to help others to understand that they can do a lot by themselves. Since I am learning, I have practiced these trainings in my village and even in other villages as well. This is one of the best ways to help and uplift people.”
