Narendra is our new Transformational Community Development (TCD) worker for Dhoker Jhara Village. He has a passion to see communities that are struggling with poverty and sickness prosper instead. This month, he has visited almost all of the villages in Dhoker Jhara and completed the needs survey. This has helped him understand the real situations in the communities. He had three village meetings and discussed their problems. He explained how TCD can help them achieve sustainable development. Those villages have shown interest, and soon they will call him back for further discussion.

Narendra organized TCD programs in Dhoker Jhara, Tudka, and Pakuria Villages, where he taught about the importance of education, and children performed a cultural program. Though he is new to TCD, his zeal and passion are drawing the communities towards greater and sustainable development. As he is making new inroads and new connections, we are hoping that he will be instrumental in bringing real development among the communities in Dhoker Jhara.
