On January 9, 2025, the first Transformational Community Development (TCD) meeting was held with Otono Village TCD members, marking a significant milestone in our community development efforts. During the meeting, we successfully established the five core values for TCD leaders, providing a foundation for our future initiatives (Food, Water, Education, Wellness, and Income Generation).

The meeting also witnessed the selection of two members from each of the three core value groups—youth, women, and men—to represent their respective groups. Notably, the elected members are also leaders within their groups, ensuring effective representation and leadership.
