Many children in the community were irregular in their school attendance, and some did not attend at all. This lack of consistent education was a growing concern, as it hindered the children’s learning and limited their future opportunities. Despite the availability of a local school, awareness about the importance of regular attendance remained low among many families.

Recognizing the urgency of the issue, the local Transformational Community Development (TCD) facilitator took proactive steps to address it. Last month, they began actively encouraging parents to send their children to school on a regular basis. In addition to visiting families, the facilitator also spoke directly with the children, motivating them with kindness and care. During these conversations, the children were not only encouraged to attend daily but were also inspired to bring along their siblings, friends, or neighbors who were still staying at home.

These consistent efforts have started to bear fruit. Slowly but steadily, school attendance is increasing. More children are seen in the classrooms, and a new sense of excitement and commitment to education is spreading throughout the community. The change, though gradual, is meaningful—planting seeds of Hope for a better, more educated future.
