This month, the community experienced something new and important. For the first time, an awareness program was organized to encourage students to work hard in their studies—something that had not been done before in Birini. The Transformational Community Development (TCD) champion gathered students and spoke passionately about the value of discipline and effort, organizing workshops on goal-setting and time management while sharing inspiring success stories that captured our students’ attention. The session opened many young minds to the possibility of academic excellence through consistent work, and it sparked a new conversation across the community about responsibility and ambition.

With the energy from the event still fresh, plans are already underway to continue raising awareness and strengthening students’ commitment to their studies. These feats would have remained futile without the amazing TCD initiative.
