Before the implementation of Transformational Community Development (TCD) in villages such as Targhera and Saraswatipur, many children were not attending school regularly, and the school dropout rate was high. After the start of the TCD program, our team and I conducted regular village visits and encouraged parents and children about the importance of education. Through continuous motivation and awareness, many children have now received the opportunity to return to school and continue their studies regularly.

Riya, Anjali, and Silash are three children who were eager to continue their education but faced several challenges, including financial difficulties and a lack of parental understanding of the necessity of an education. I personally assisted these children by enrolling them in school and supporting them through the re-admission process. At present, all three children are attending school regularly.

Through these stories, we have witnessed positive changes in the community. Other villagers are now motivated by this initiative and are showing greater interest in educating their children. This reflects the growing impact of the TCD program in transforming lives and strengthening the community.
