In a significant breakthrough, the Kassena Point community is beginning to recognize the dangers of hepatitis, a health concern that was previously overlooked. The catalyst for this change was a personal tragedy that struck the neighbor of one of our Wellness Committee members, who was diagnosed with hepatitis. This incident prompted our Transformational Community Development (TCD) champion to take proactive steps, educating the Wellness Committee on the importance of hepatitis awareness. The next step is to extend this knowledge to the entire community.
