Samira* lives with her mother in Dadpur Village. She lost her father in childhood, and her mother is the sole earner for their small family. Due to their difficult economic condition, her mother worked hard to ensure that Samira can continue her education, hoping she will complete her studies, secure a good job, and improve their household income. The Transformational Community Development (TCD) project has been active in the village for the past four years, and through its ongoing efforts, Samira’s mother has become more aware of the importance of education. However, Samira was previously not focused on her studies and lacked clear goals for her future.

Recently, the TCD Committee organized a student motivation seminar in the village, where community leaders and elders encouraged students to take their education seriously. This initiative brought a significant change in Samira’s attitude. She is now highly motivated, more disciplined in her studies, and has developed a clear vision for her future. Samira is now committed to completing her education and pursuing a career that can bring positive economic change to her family. She expresses her sincere gratitude to the TCD project for inspiring and guiding her toward a brighter future.

This month, the TCD Committee appointed a new teacher for the Dadpur Village preschool. The student attendance has been steadily increasing, with children showing great enthusiasm for attending classes. In addition, some school-going children are now coming to the preschool to receive help with their homework, and the teacher is actively partnering with our TCD members.
