In Baribeda Village, many adult learners were illiterate and faced difficulties in understanding, speaking, and writing Hindi. Due to a lack of literacy skills, they encountered numerous challenges in their daily lives and often depended on others for their personal tasks. Despite these difficulties, there was insufficient support available to help them improve their literacy.

The members of the Transformational Community Development (TCD) committee in Baribeda Village recognized this issue and took the initiative to address it. They launched an adult education program to help illiterate adult learners develop the ability to understand, speak, and write Hindi. Through regular learning sessions, guidance, and encouragement, the committee provided opportunities for learning, enabling participants to improve their language skills and build self-confidence.

As a result of the education program, many adult learners developed the ability to understand, speak, and write Hindi. They became more self-reliant and were able to carry out their daily tasks independently. An inspiring example is Teresha, who can now understand, speak, and write Hindi very well. This initiative has brought positive changes to the lives of adult learners in Baribeda Village, empowering them with confidence, independence, and a better quality of life through education.
