Addressing the Educational Gap
Shri Ambra Village is excited to embrace the value of education and engage students of all ages in a community-led tutoring program.
In the village of Shri Ambra, education has not always been a priority, leaving many children with limited opportunities to learn and grow. Recognizing this challenge, we, as Transformational Community Development (TCD) workers, decided to step in and initiate a community-led tutoring program to address the educational gap.
The program has already seen an encouraging response, with 20 students from nursery school to class 9 enrolling to improve their education. These children, driven by their eagerness to learn, are making significant progress. To monitor their development, we conducted exams this month which revealed notable improvements in their understanding and knowledge. It is heartening to see the children actively engaged in their studies and enjoying the learning process.
The TCD initiative is more than just an educational program—it represents a step toward transforming lives in Shri Ambra. As TCD workers, we continue to act as encouragers and coaches, nurturing the students’ aspirations and guiding them on their journey. Together, we are witnessing the community embrace the value of education and move toward a brighter future.
Thank you,
