In Ajloun, a small group of students had been struggling with their English course for a while. They were unsure about how to speak confidently and present their ideas. However, everything changed when their Transformational Community Development (TCD) teacher, Hadeel, joined their class. She was patient and creative, always encouraging them to practice and believe in themselves. With her help, the students began to improve their English skills, and soon, they felt more confident speaking in front of others.

To celebrate their progress, Teacher Hadeel gave them a challenge: each student would prepare a presentation about a subject they loved. The students worked hard, researching and practicing their speeches. On the day of the presentations, they were nervous but excited. To their surprise, each one of them did an amazing job, speaking clearly and confidently. Teacher Hadeel was proud of them, and the students were proud of themselves for achieving something they had once thought impossible.
