In the Transformational Community Development (TCD) area, many children were struggling with their education. Some had dropped out of school, while others had never been enrolled at all. Poverty, lack of awareness, and limited opportunities discouraged families from prioritizing education. As a result, children were missing out on the chance to learn, grow, and secure a brighter future for themselves and their community.

To address this problem, our TCD worker took time to encourage and motivate both children and their parents about the importance of education. Through patient conversations and awareness-building, families began to understand how schooling could break the cycle of poverty. With their support, two children, Atwar and Parasnsha, were successfully admitted to school, opening the door to new opportunities.

Now, there is visible progress. Parents are showing greater interest in sending their children to school, and the community is beginning to see education as a valuable investment. With each small step, hope is growing that more children will continue their studies and the village will move toward lasting transformation.
