We are looking for alternative income sources for the people of Binodpur Village, especially for the women. Recently, I visited Jharkhand to learn about mushroom products, and one of our Transformational Community Development (TCD) leaders gave practical training on how to grow mushrooms. This is another excellent Income Generation opportunity that can bring change among the women of Binodpur Village. During the last four months, seven women trained to make mats, three women funded 45 country chickens to raise, and through this mushroom-growing project, we can sustain even more people.

I would also like to share one other piece of good news. One of our TCD volunteers, Ranjita, has taken the initiative to run an education center in our cluster village to provide quality Education for the village children.
